| 9/4: "Well, the Sleezy Trees era of UGHH.com is officially over. After seven years of working to help strengthen, promote, and build UGHH.com - I wanted to take time today to announce that as of Labor Day - both myself and DJ ON&ON are no longer with the company. Please understand the split is on good terms -- and I wish Quest and the remaining UGHH staffers the best of luck in continuing their mission to be the number one source for underground hip hop entertainment and product, especially in these trying economic times.
I also wanted to take this moment to thank everyone I've worked with over the years. It has definitely been a pleasure working in such a creative industry and around so many interesting characters.
While I don't necessarily know what the future holds - I will be continuing to casually involve myself in the internets via my much (self)hyped new blog: JumpTheTurnstyle.com. Feel free to slide on over and check our growing "work in progress" and stay in touch with me there.
Thank you all for the opportunity to flex my creative muscle (no homo) for the good part of the last decade. I will definitely miss everyone involved with the UGHH massive - everyone that is but Admiral Crumple and probably 3 or 4 forum members who will remain nameless. Heh.

 | | 9/1: "Okay, so every month (or two) I come out with a Welfare Radio show and some b.s. about why I'm so tardy (usually related to school). So two weeks ago I got hitched and had this big ass wedding. I spent all summer working 70 hours a week to buy the booze and other et ceteras, and obviously spent my free time running bitch ass wedding errands, so I think it's a fair excuse on my lateness. One of the gifts I gave people at the wedding was the “Regal Wedding Mixtape,” which, of course, I'm now serving you in the form of a radio show. This is an 80-minute party jump-off and is hosted by my two new 7 and 9-year-old brothers, DJ Boney and DJ Little Man. I really tried to flex the mash-up/mix up muscles here and pieced together a mix you can blast at your next party. Oh, and the wedding was dope: I rocked the ‘82 Air Force Ones and a fedora; had a 5+ hour drunken dance party; did a choreographed dance number to MJ's “P.Y.T” with my Queen; drank many Incredible Hulks; and blacked out. Not to toot my own horn - but TWO audio updates in August ain't bad by any means, and it's not like we're struggling to find bangers. There's been some dope sh*t coming out lately. Of course, if I could put the entire GZA album in full, I would - but we have 3 of the choicest joints off of Pro Tools. There's also some new Can Ox (off the new Vordul), as well as some new Onyx - which is surprisingly really dope, as well as the Ice Cube. The Ice Cube track w/ The Game is supposedly the first release from the NEW Westside Connection. One of the best tracks we put up is the NYG remix joint w/ Lady of Rage, Bumpy Knuckles, & Royce Nickel Nine- definitely check that one out.
