I purchased Wanna Snuggle for $17 when it came out and that shit was garbage. The production on that album was terrible. Apathy needs to stick with being an EMCEE than trying to produce cuz he's horrible at it. Too many EMCEES want to be like Necro but can't. Blacastan is way better than Apathy in my opinion and so is Termanology. Queenson you are right I should'nt have put Apathy and Drake in the same sentence my bad. But please when your in the streets with the big dogs you should be talking about how wack Apathy's production skillz are. Wanna Snuggle is a coaster now. Termanology & STatik Selektah keep doing yall thang. HipHop needs it!!! |

Term love him or hate him has always had that distinctive voice and fluid flow, so the combo sounds nice and works for the most part. Bottom line if you enjoy street life lyrics and bragadocious battle rhymes u can do alot worse than this..1982 is a solid release indeed. |

The album has two major criticism, which is the music production is very repetitive and doesn't live the same standard on some of the other better tracks such as "Thugathon"; along with an uninteresting story telling from Termanology that indie Hip Hop fans, like myself, really doesn't care nor relate to his personal life. Yes, there are few songs that stands out from them, but if this is the album that you need to cop for 2010 Hip Hop then this isn't one of them.
I would recommend their previous work along with other better Hip Hop joint that came out this year. |
