Comment: think it's overrated. the two have come up fast in the underground ranks the past few years. the beats are ok, drums are flat as hell. probably over-compressed in the mix, they don't knock or stand out at all. you notice term's flaws a lot more when he's not flowing over tracks by premo, hav, or large pro. it's a decent listen, but that's about it, nothing great on the mic or boards. heard better from both.

Comment: @yHate.....wow, was checking out this album and saw somebody speaking up on Wanna Snuggle like it wasn't a classic.....whats hot then? I agree with Kingson, you just ruined my night. I shouldn't let internet kids get to me, he's probably a midget with cerebral palsy.
By the way I'm copping this album on the strength of the first strike.

Comment: Queenson relax there son sounds like your panties are in a bunch. I purchased Wanna Snuggle for $17 when it came out and that shit was garbage. The production on that album was terrible. Apathy needs to stick with being an EMCEE than trying to produce cuz he's horrible at it. Too many EMCEES want to be like Necro but can't. Blacastan is way better than Apathy in my opinion and so is Termanology. Queenson you are right I should'nt have put Apathy and Drake in the same sentence my bad. But please when your in the streets with the big dogs you should be talking about how wack Apathy's production skillz are. Wanna Snuggle is a coaster now. Termanology & STatik Selektah keep doing yall thang. HipHop needs it!!!

Comment: Im surprised by some of these comments, statik has been one of the most consistent producers of the last few years and he provides many bangers here. Term love him or hate him has always had that distinctive voice and fluid flow, so the combo sounds nice and works for the most part. Bottom line if you enjoy street life lyrics and bragadocious battle rhymes u can do alot worse than this..1982 is a solid release indeed.

Comment: Term totally obliterates two tracks "World Renown" and "Born in 1982" any body that gives this album less than 3 stars has absolutely no idea what they are talking about! Seriously "I got a pail of piff, big bag of that Taylor Swift, inhale a spliff in my tailored fit"

Comment: 4 Tracks are Dope.. others ok.. a cople weak tracks. On this LP, Term is average at best.. He spits a line about other emcees 'wasting beats as tight as the Blueprint..' Sucks cuz thats exactly what he does on this project. Statik came with Heat..Wish he hooked up with Nas on this

Comment: 80% of beats are hot. Term to me is a slightly above average MC, not elite but lyrics good enough to make dope beats hot songs. That If Heaven Was a Mile AWAY, Dilla tribute CD was fire! there are definitely 2 or 3 radio friendly tracks but still fire for what they are stop hating you backpack mfers! Comment: To be very honest, but this album is disappointing.
The album has two major criticism, which is the music production is very repetitive and doesn't live the same standard on some of the other better tracks such as "Thugathon"; along with an uninteresting story telling from Termanology that indie Hip Hop fans, like myself, really doesn't care nor relate to his personal life. Yes, there are few songs that stands out from them, but if this is the album that you need to cop for 2010 Hip Hop then this isn't one of them.
I would recommend their previous work along with other better Hip Hop joint that came out this year.
