Comment: Production-wise, the beat really caught my attention when I first pulled it out. Joey Chavez worked this track and the beat-change was nice, in my opinion. Too bad “13” flaws this track like a chip in a diamond. This kid needs to brush up, good effort though, maybe next time. |

Comment: ABB has been bringing heads the dope realness for years now putting acts like Defari and Dilated Peoples on the map. Well, that trend continues with 13's release "Clear the Spot." Produced by the wickedly ill Joey Chavez, the beats are ridiculous. Chavez changes up the jam twice in the cut which is kind of annoying. 13 flows with precision, but the slowness of the beats just holds him back. Joey, push that pitch up! |
