Comment: Dr. Noh is making his production debut on this KRU release. He's teamed up with Philadelphia locals Reef, Kenneth Masters, and Scandal to bring you “Action Crews,” and the result is a soundtrack with grimy garage samples. Although the mix is a bit rough on this version, it’s possible to make out some of the words, and the MCs seem to be representing Philly to the fullest. |
