Comment: I like the beat it’s classic Premier shit and Guru's lyrics murder this track. This song is a little too short but most of Gang Starr's are so it is to be expected. Real good stuff though, I’m glad Guru still gives it up for Boston. |

Comment: Premo’s backdrop here seems lazy and doesn’t adhere to Guru’s fast-paced flow. Superb lyrics on this one and decent production; although, they simply don’t fit together to make things gel. I definitely don’t feel like this track is a complete loss, but it’s as simple as a sped up tempo or slowed down lyrics to tighten things up; as the track stands... a little boring for Gang Starr standards. |

Comment: I still think Premo is the sickest producer ever, and this beat screams vintage Premo, especially the horn break at the end of each bar. But it sounds like a reject from the first Group Home album, not one of his best efforts, the B side is much better.

Comment: Since 1988, Gang Starr has been an important part of the hip-hop music movement. The chemistry between Guru's rhyme cadence and Premo's superior tracks are the stuff of legend. "Natural" continues the very solid tradition. Guru sounds like he never lost a step since "Moment Of Truth". We can expect the new LP, "The Ownerz," to bang just as hard. Only downside to this joint? Comment: This song was just okay. The lyrics are okay, the beat is okay. This was an average song from a group that is anything but. There's nothing really special about this song, but it was nice to hear Gang Starr again. I dunno, this song just really didn't do anything for me.
