Comment: I see what everyone has said here, Vinnie really needs to get a new edge, but in the times that he has tried going that route, his original fan base have slaughtered him..Sort of a catch 22. Everyone wants to see them go back to the Violent By Design sound. I rate this song as good but not great. I always check out Jedi Mind though, cause Stoupe is amazing. Maybe my favorite producer, he's just a maniac. And his tracks are rare gems, as he lends literally no beats to other artists, absent a few tracks from back in the day. |

Comment: Stop putting Vinnie Paz on record. Please. If there is any more overrated emcee in the history of rap, somebody please tell me. Vinnie Paz throws out his usual raps, addressing the many ways he’ll hurt you or kill you or mangle you or desecrate your dead body, that everybody has heard a million times. Over the typical swelling, orchestral Stoupe beat, Paz actually manages to pull uber-talented emcee Ill Bill on to his level. Both emcees barely manage to put together coherent sentences, let alone a decent rap song. Sadly, the song would’ve been a decent battle rap sort of banger without the drudging monotony of Vinnie Paz – and it’s his song. |
