Every track he's on he murks, his voice is so powerful, his lyrics complex and technical, flow fatal, and Stoupe's beats are the icing on the cake. If Vinnie aint good I don't know who is... | Name: Matt (Posted: 7/22/2008 5:46:00 PM; Partial IP: 221.208.43) Location: NY, NY Comment: I see what everyone has said here, Vinnie really needs to get a new edge, but in the times that he has tried going that route, his original fan base have slaughtered him..Sort of a catch 22. Everyone wants to see them go back to the Violent By Design sound. I rate this song as good but not great. I always check out Jedi Mind though, cause Stoupe is amazing. Maybe my favorite producer, he's just a maniac. And his tracks are rare gems, as he lends literally no beats to other artists, absent a few tracks from back in the day. | Name: SixAteSix1824 (Posted: 5/16/2007 6:03:00 PM) Summary: Hot Comment: One of my fav JMT songs not a weak song on the Servants in Heaven, Kings in Hell CD. The beat isn't anything new from a Vinnie Paz song but hard as fu*k none the less 4.5/4.5. | Name: BigLamont (Posted: 5/13/2007 3:42:00 PM) Summary: Heard This Before Comment: This song sounds like every other Vinnie Paz song. It's not a bad track, just pretty average. If you like Vinnie Paz you'll like this track, but if you're like me, it ain't nothing new. | Name: the illmind junglist (Posted: 4/14/2007 10:21:00 PM) Summary: Someone Needs To Give Dude A Hug. Comment: Vinny Paz annoys me, straight up. How fuckin angry and violent can you be. Every damn song. Wack!! | Name: Ice Gorilla (Posted: 1/27/2007 4:11:00 PM) Comment: Stop putting Vinnie Paz on record. Please. If there is any more overrated emcee in the history of rap, somebody please tell me. Vinnie Paz throws out his usual raps, addressing the many ways he’ll hurt you or kill you or mangle you or desecrate your dead body, that everybody has heard a million times. Over the typical swelling, orchestral Stoupe beat, Paz actually manages to pull uber-talented emcee Ill Bill on to his level. Both emcees barely manage to put together coherent sentences, let alone a decent rap song. Sadly, the song would’ve been a decent battle rap sort of banger without the drudging monotony of Vinnie Paz – and it’s his song. | Name: Pele won (Posted: 1/7/2007 9:38:00 PM) Summary: I'm Not A Huge Jedi Fan, but This Cut Is Hard Comment: I wish these guys would quit growling. That's all I ask. |
