Comment: With an ILL beat, Prince Poetry (formerly of Organized Konfusion) and newcomer Q.B. come together with this mediocre track. Similar to alot of the independent stuff that has been dropping lately, "Top To Bottom" could very well be overlooked. It has become all too common lately to put 2 decent emcees together over a dope beat and expect a slamming song. But, as in quite a few of these cases, this song falls short of it's full potential. |
