The other track, 'Woo' is tight too. | Name: matt one (Posted: 4/30/2005 10:28:00 PM) Summary: Smooth Comment: Sounds real relaxed. This is one of those songs you could listen to just sitting down thinking. Can't wait for the album. | Name: mhekkah1 (Posted: 2/12/2005 2:59:00 PM) Summary: Real Hip Hop Comment: Incredible track. And if you enjoy this one, let me recommend their former album "Life Is A Struggle", under the name the Electric Company. That was their name and they are the same group minus Insight. | Name: djplanet (Posted: 2/4/2005 12:25:00 AM) Summary: Refreshing Comment: Well, Woodstock of Crown City Rockers gave me a copy of this record recently and I tell you I love it. Headnodic provides more solid production using crisp drum programming behind a smooth piano loop. It's beautiful. And for those who don't know, this group has a former member of the Mission crew, (Mo Boogie) who left a few years back to pursue his solo career. By the sound of this record he's doing all right. Highly recommended. | Name: time&space (Posted: 1/26/2005 11:01:00 AM) Summary: Butterfly Theory Comment: This jam is amazing, I listen to it over and over again and every time I feel like I hear something else! When can I get the whole album?!? | Name: puzzleboston (Posted: 1/14/2005 10:37:00 AM) Summary: This Is On Fire Comment: What can I say, these guys are coming up right! | Name: Slang (Posted: 1/13/2005 10:43:00 AM) Comment: For those that don't know, the Butterfly Theory essentially states that Truth exists, yet it can never be captured. If Truth cannot be grasped, however, I would at least say that Project Move caught a whole lot of Realness on this track. Delivery and timing are flawless from all emcees, and the pounding piano beat reminds me of the DJ Premier and the Crooklyn Dodgers masterpiece, "Return Of The Crooklyn Dodgers." To anyone reading this- I do not shamelessly promote records on this site that I'm not truly feeling (hey, search my reviews if you like). Subject matter, tangible passion in the vocals, insanely dope beat; everything one could want in a hip-hop track is here. I can't speak for y'all, but I'm about to cop this record. |
