Name: strictlyoldskool (Posted: 3/11/2005 4:43:00 PM) Summary: One For The Underground Heads Comment: No doubt about it, the "Woo" track is superbad! I can picture b-boys uprocking to this track - underground banger for sure! | Name: djplanet (Posted: 2/4/2005 12:50:00 AM) Summary: Excellent! Comment: Man, I'm so impressed with the level of production and vocal skill displayed on this record. Headnodic provides the funky beat reminiscent of those early posse cuts of the 90's. I love it. Definitely worth the two copy purchase. | Name: time&space (Posted: 1/26/2005 10:59:00 AM) Summary: Dope Comment: Ok this joint is banging! I'm looking forward to hearing the whole album. | Name: puzzleboston (Posted: 1/22/2005 2:13:00 AM) Summary: Yo, Check The Last Verse Comment: At first I just thought this was a track so PM could show they could hang on the commercial shit. But the more I listened I realized how these cats are just schoolin' any of these top 40/pop/cash MCs. In the last verse Moe flexes some Kanye style rhymes, don't mess, this kid ain't playin! | Name: puzzleboston (Posted: 1/14/2005 10:35:00 AM) Summary: PM Is Some Hot Sh*t Comment: If you like hot underground tracks, this is the group for you. It's hard enough to find a group with one good MC, and these cats got 3! | Name: Slang (Posted: 1/13/2005 10:43:00 AM) Comment: This typical basement-style-underground-party track has one impressive feature: it was done well. No creative subject matter is really going on here, but after hearing these guys come as nice as they do, I wouldn't really want to test them. Not to undermine this track, but it is severely shadowed by the brilliant song also featured on the same record. Had I not already heard Project Move bring a lot more to the artform, I would've strongly recommended a listen; now I simply offer one. But, please... listen to that other Project Move track, dammit! |
