Comment: The beats are mad chill but blu is like mumbling all over these beats, dumb. His singing voice was pretty good though, Lucky is a dope track.

Comment: After hearing so many folk diss this record I was apprehensive about picking it. But since purchasing the wax its been on non-stop, the sound is low-fi dusty and not polished, but I really like it. Its strange as I read folk moaning about such&such polishing their sound, but then you get a dusty old feeling LP like this and moan about that too!!!!

Comment: Wu Tang's 1st album and Jungle Brothers Done by The Forces of Nature sounded like shit sound quality wise but they still became classics. My honest opinion is when it sounds to clean or crystal clean it's not hip hop anymore. It's mainstream.

Comment: Man! This is what it's all about!!
Underground Hip Hop! Complain about living room beats? Come on men, that's the goal! It has to sound lo-fi but samples are well chosen. Those melodies are reminiscent. They have the good old home made underground hip hop vibe and that's what it's all about.
If your seeking Little ass wayne go to the radio.

Comment: Too many people listening to that mainstream BS. There is still great music out there in these days of the media goggles. Madlib and his alias'/entourage are coming out with several great albums right now!

Comment: This is for me one of the best lp from Blu aka B. Regarding the sound quality, this lp has been made with a low-budget. But still it is a masterpiece.

Comment: If he woulda mixed/mastered this it could've been classic. The fuck is up with him releasing shitty mixes? I wanna like this album but it's almost unlistenable

Comment: the mix/master on this album is terrible, however its still quality music. my biggest complaint is the cardboard sleeve. worthless pieces of shit that dont protect the cd. anyone else feel me?

Comment: I think we can all agree that we'd love to hear a brand new shiny and polished studio album from Blu but on the real...this album is fuckin dope yo! I love the gritty ass jazzy soul beats. Much better than "Her Favorite Colour" in my salty ass opinion. You're my boy Blu!!!

Comment: What are these? Living room recordings? Nature Sounds is just capitalizing off of Blu right now, releasing whatever material they can get their hands on. It would have been a decent album if it was recorded in a studio.

Comment: let this here project serve as a commercial for the importance of at least DECENT sound quality for your music. becuz even a veteran killer like Blu sounds like a halfass message board rapper when his sound quality aint up to par. I cant dig this...

Comment: @bendover beats were dope, and the lyrics were fresh as listerine, sounds like the album was made in his room, which makes it even sound more raw, good production and lyrics as always, mad respect!

Comment: i'm curious: the item description says, "With fully mastered audio", so i'm wondering if this physical copy will have a better sound quality then the version that was released on blu's bandcamp the other month.
