Comment: to see that people are sleeping on this album behoves me! this is a good album. lyrics are heartfelt. do you want to hear the same underground artist talkin about the same stuff. they gotten older and you can tell they want to share common knowledge for debate...

Comment: It's called progression, you idiots. I was in high school when "Let's Get Free" came out, and I'm one year away from 30 now. Both stic.man and M1 are older than me, so it's only natural that they tone things down a bit - sh*t, I know I have. The production is a bit above decent, although a bit "mainstream" at times. I enjoyed the album.
I was going to give the LP 4 stars, but to counter all the hatred, I'm posting 5!

Comment: This album is their best one yet. To all the reviews hating, you must of missed the message. They have evolved past fighting the powers that be with violence, and instead have opted for conquering the demons within themselves. This cd is spiritualy revolutionary, and to all you who ain't feeling it: may one day your mind and soul be open to the awesomeness that is this cd. See ya when you get there, mafuckas!!!!

Comment: It took me some time to get what they were trying to do with this and since I've following them for quite a while, it's alright, my least favorite DP album but still has a good message, production is mediocre, there are a couple of sick ass songs though. Peace RBG FIT CLUB!I ll give it 3.5 stars but Ill give it 5 because of the low reviews.

Comment: oh dear god, hahaha - top contender for best joke of an album of the year. Tracks 2 and 3 sound EXACTLY the same, track 5 is very similar also. They should be ashamed of there self-righteous selves.

Comment: It's not 1992 dudes. I thinks it a good album from Dead Prez. You want grow ass me doing the same thing over and over again. Their energy is different and message is different from back in the days, but still positive. I don't love it but it's a cool album, ya'll shittin on it like they came out sounding like souljah boy or something

Comment: I think they trying to cross bridges here and expand the minds of the def, dumb, and blind. New age cheesey beats can help do that I guess. I think they selling out with the beats a little but the message is still strong. For me most these beats are torture to listen to.

Comment: WTF !!! This is real garbage! As many others who comment, I'm a big supporter of DP, but his shit ain't to cope with. disappointing...
At least they still banging on the system, just that this time the music is crap, message still dope though.

Comment: kno? cunninlynguists? wow thats high praise, im interested to see how they are simliar, cuz I aint hear nobody like kno, and eligh his shit is also very different, but at the same time very deep beats amazing sound, original, never the same, thats how I can see them being simliar, as far as dead prez, very good, I havent heard this album, but I was listening 2 lets get free the other day and wow, that album was sooo ahead of its time, I dont see this album being any different, important hip hop tackaling social issues, personal issues, as well as world issues, needed in hiphop, oh did I forget 2 mention wicked raps, pe@ce from t-dot
|Name: Mr.D (Posted: 1/2/2013 9:35:00 AM; Partial IP: 49.218.232)|
Comment: Great album. Music-wise, the tracks are nearly comparable to stuff produced by Kno of Cunninlynguists or Eligh of Living Legends- and I'm not saying its AS good, but it's good music. Then, of course, lyrically, Dead Prez is always on point. They have all of the political stuff you'd expect, but there's some new seemingly Buddhist influences themes and one song just about running- and I mean for sport. One of my fave albums this year.
