Comment: I'm very discriminant when it comes to my "tunes". That being said, I loved this joint! The beats are sickkkk! This Album is a refreshing throwback to the Golden era of "HIP HOP" when Artist were focused on lyrical content just as much as, if not more than beats. Though it's reminiscent of a time passed, Live to Learn still embodies many of todays' vibe, without sounding "gimmicky" or juvenile. This is the perfect blend of: Beat, Verbal acrobatics, and Lyrical content. Call me old fashioned but I like my HIP HOP to talk me, not at me. |
