Comment: Excellent album. Dunc can put the beats up for 'Makin Dollas' and 'Raw' up against anyone's best work & they'll hold their own.Solid effort, true hiphop right here.

Comment: My faith in Hip Hop is restored. These young cats have shown an older head like myself that there are SOME artists in the new generation that respect the music/culture. Dope, melodic and soulful beats coupled with conscious thought provoking lyrics puts this miles ahead of the more mainstream releases.

Comment: MMG does it again, this album has so many quality points to it, the attention to detail and never leaving the pocket of the beat, groove and spirit that soul controls this album, a must buy

Comment: Looking forward to what these young cats can bring to hip hop; I was able to hear "keep on" and some of their previous work on the ep and if the lp is anything like what i've heard thus far dtmd should be the poster children for hip hop. should be a significant contribution to the culture...

Comment: These dudes are talented. At 20 or 21, what we're you doing? I know wasn't anywhere near this skilled. Dunc is one of the illest out there on production. For those who don't know him yet, he produced The SHining on Diamond District's debut In The Ruff when he was like 18 years old. And Toine as an emcee is one of the most creative lyrically. I'm sure it helps that Oddisee has been mentoring them since high school and that they routinely make tracks with some of the DMV's best (Kev Brown, yU, etc...). I got to give it up to Drew Kid as well for killing the keys. Congrats to both Dunc & Toine on Makin' Dollas (DTMD) - stellar debut.
