Comment: Sandman is a dope MC, but as an album it's a 7/10. It's not cohesive at all, no theme, no blending, no real aim. Some of the production here is god-awful and the posse cuts are really boring. It amateur hour from a young recording artist.
There are some real gems here on the album: "Not Pop" "Yeah, But I Can Rhyme Though", "The Carpenter" and "Angels With Dirty Faces" are huge standouts from an otherwise lackluster collection of songs. |
