I was 11 in 1989 and all I knew that time was doin dolphin dives on dance floors and high top fades, I listened to the concious lyrics and afrocentricism and black activism and did associate with being a rebel at that time at a young age but what I know now that there always has been a cause to the madness in a concrete jungle. alot of kids were emulating that ghetto behavior even in the suburbs of the west coast. I always knew the sun rises from the east, and that saying "it aint were your from but its were your at" (mindstate). | Name: LARS (Posted: 6/16/2011 8:11:00 AM; Partial IP: 4.10.46.64) Location: stockholm, sweden Comment: I guess you missed his classic album "Righteous But Ruthless" which was better than this one C-Los. His unique deep voice, conscious lyrics and dope beats made his albums must-have material. I question the fact that Traffic keep re-issuing these old school classics though... Don't get me wrong, I love the idea behind it but really... most older cats like myself already have this and on the real how many young cats are going back to the old school? | Name: khordkutta (Posted: 5/9/2011 3:24:00 PM; Partial IP: 159.194.11) Location: lost wages Comment: Maaaan, this ish brings back memories!!!!
