Name: Caleb (Posted: 5/9/2013 5:12:00 PM; Partial IP: 228.175.79) Location: Knoxville Comment: This is unbelievably bad music. This has no resemblance to Table Scrapes (hands down the rawest, most lyrically heavy piece of wit and art to come out of the Midwest during the early 00's). These polished money beats and sanitized lyrics are just signs that everyone has moved on. No Camu means a loss of realness that cannot be made up for. Tage will always be amazing held up against any standard, but Copy and Jaki...sad at best. You don't have to go any farther than Kryptonite to hear them rapping against their future self's. The intro of Combustion Spontaneous describes precisely the decay of this washed-up group of grown-up MC's. It's a nice gesture to the past, but thats all it is. |

Does Rock do that, does Jazz do that? I can see comparing albums the artist has done themselves but to compare two differnent artists and albums is foolish. Example: This album is better than the Sean P and Vinnie. Quit comparing the shit dummy! Enjoy them for their individuality. Peace to MHz dope album yall! |

Anyway this wasn't what I was expecting. I wanted every song to sound like vintage "This Year" or "Widespread." RJD2 fell of big time - the only solid beats he did were "Four Player Mode" and "Somewhere" which is sort of one of the weaker songs on the album (it's not bad). Jakki isn't what he once was and his style is extremely played out at this point. Copy is dope but I've heard better from him and Tage is pretty consistent. It seemed like a lot of lackluster production. I'd be interested in seeing Copy do a full album with Surock. |

This is not "grown man" music. Not by a long shot. There aren't any song concepts to speak of, other than making sure to take jabs at Christians in every other song.
What a shame that people would praise this as being smart or ground-breaking. Its schlock. Its more of the same. I can sum the whole album up in a few sentences:
"I'm great. I'm not to be messed with. I will kill you. I drink. I have sex with women who aren't deserving of respect. I don't like Christians. The end."
Awesome. I mean, its borderline Shakespearian. We should put it in a time capsule to be opened two centuries from now.
(Ugh). |

Also copywrite talking over camus verse is disrespectful and not being able to say good bye to camu before he died in preposterous, he didnt get hit by a bus he had cancer if copy really wanted to make peace he could have. |

If you really got a issue with dude, take it up with him face to face, instead of hiding behind a computer. These same cats running their mouth, calling dude out, wouldn't have the balls to go to his show, and do that shit live. Let alone see the man in the street.
