It's like comparing nas' new album to illmatic, or a new jay-z album to reasonable doubt. It can't fuck with da 1st one. But this album still has hot joints on it. Murs' lyrics are on point, and 9th wonder drops bangin' beats on most of da tracks. 4 stars!! 2bad it's da last one tho. |

I think I really like 4-5 tracks, kind of like 3-4 more, and not feeling a few. 9th can be so amazing, he just hasn't been in years. |

Murs will always be a supremely gifted MC but the magic was lacking somewhat on this album. I still luv 9th but even his protege Khrysis has gotten better and better while even though he started out sounding like 9th, he now has a wide varied palette of beats and that is a good thing. on a positive note, his beats with Buck are far superior... ;-) |

Fornever was tight but this one was insane. it sounded just like Murs 3:16 - The 9th Edition. Murs was on point with the verses like always. |

Murs is also on point. Its interesting to note that this albums sounds somewhat better than The Solution with Buckshot especially the beat choices. Shout out to DJ Premier,Apollo brown, Kev Brown, 5TH Sequence, Moka Only, Damu The Fudgemunk, Freddie Joachim, D.R., TzariZM,King I Divine, and all those keepin hiphop alive. Peace. |
