There are a few fillers on this one and on the first few listens it feels quite basic but the more I dig into it the more I realise how good HNIC3 is, even though he's mostly talking about chicks, as a matter of fact especially cos he's talking about chicks. It's a pure banger, a man expressing himself in various styles, moods and contexts.
The best tracks for me right now are: 1,2,3,5,6,9,11,12,18,19,20
Like P says in his interviews, you can't stay the same all the time. Most listeners don't understand the nature of creativity. They want the artist to be doing murder raps all the time, but as Jay-Z say in his book Decoded, you won't be a killing machine 24/7. I got Return of the Mac (Nickel and Nail) if I wanna here P do that, or HNIC2 (Dirty New Yorker) if I wanna hear another style or Product of the 80s (Test tube Babies) for something else. As with Ghostface on Wizard of Poetry and Bulletproof Wallets, HNIC3 brings a different vibe to a legendary rapper. Who could come back after so many ill winds; disease, humiliations, betrayal and imprisonment. This album is pure inspiration for me. Prodigy is definitely one of the best to ever do it, and now stronger than ever. |

It Had Some Decent Tracks As Well. I'd Recommend Fans To At Least Give It A Listen. Just Don't Expect Much. I'll Give It A 2-3. |

I like the beginning and end of the You BSing is nice song in the middle but otherwise the beats commerical sounding and the lyrics are very soft and empty. What to the vibe he was on the HNIC 2 and Product of the 80's? Havoc needs to start doing more production and they need to help each other more. Where is Un Pachino and Big Twins? The chemistry is just bad on this one. I like the deluxe move with dvd but he needs to get back to basics. |

I brought it my friends house and there was a bunch of people there and they said "Hey, let's go outside and smash this shit against the road" so being a dumbass kid trying to fit in I took my new cd outside and we threw it and stomped it till it was no good. Looking back I wish I hadn't done that cause it was a good album. If I bought this album today I would get them same people and do the same thing to this cd. Shit sux. I ain't even gonna give it a rating. I wasn't expecting great things coming into this album but I was expecting a lot better. Garbage. Do not buy this. |

Dude must be in love or seriously fiending for some poontang. Most disappointing, me being one of those 40 yr olds that doesn't like that much hip hop these days, Prodigy and all the Mobb related product are things that I've ALWAYS checked for since day one but he really really let me down here :-( Such a shame. |

I need to invest in Q-Tips TODAY because niggums need their ears cleaned ASAP! Without Rhyme or Reason? Ms Bad Ass? Killa joints! Nice to see real recognize real ;) Hey, I hear you my man, "The Realest" is my favorite tracks from the MURDA MUZIK album. I love that beat and G Rap spits one of his best verses ever! Incredible! HNIC 3 is a disaster of an album. Not really much more to say about it than that. Prodigy is basically shitting on his fans and trying WAY too hard to fit in with this new generation of putos. |

I wish I would have read before I posted but I HATE this new wave BS. Most of these kids commenting "classic" were likely 10 years old when Murda Muzic came out. The realest was teh ILLEST (shit I heard in my life). NOTHING from MOBB since and forget about the G-Unit years. We all know 50 is a cock slobber. Not about his sexuality... purely the sound he makes as he (dare I say) spits. If the dude is gay thats his business but he can't drop music like THIS... AFTER he he was "P". |

How come Havoc produced NOTHING on this album for Infamous Records???? WHY is Havoc on only ONE track (the dopest grimiest one btw)... why do all these beats sound like homo shit??? Since wehn is T.I. a producer?????? This is the northeast P and right now you sound like a straight up conformist. You know these cats don't respect you, right? You know they have NO idea that for a minute you were unfuckwithable. Remember that? Back to the real sound please. Not every album is a "classic", ya fuckin' douchebag. HNIC 3 is TRASH! Even HNIC 1 wasn't a classic. Prodigy just sounds tired, bored and old. It's certainly time to hang up the mic and call it a career. If you don't think so then you need to get your hearing checked.
