Comment: First off Skyzoo has the potential for a classic album. His first joint was good, but not classic. Unfortunately, as much as it pains me to say, this one is worse. Not horrible by any means. But, like Oddisee's new album which is also still okay, didn't live up to the expectation and hype. Too much R&B on the hooks. Okay maybe one or two songs at the most, otherwise leave it out. Beats are watered down. However, I love Skyzoo and his potential, but I don't see this album getting long-term heavy rotation. His best project to date is The Great Debater mixtape. There's always next time I guess. Damn I was looking forward to this too! |
