Comment: Yo, y'all want an accurate, concise review? Pretty much, this isn't at all the Illmind you're expecting. Beats are not nearly as good as what u normally hear from him. But the reason is that he switched his sound up on this album (I'm praying he didn't change it for good). The sound is more is more synthesizer type, less sampling, less melodic, for the most part. There are a few sample heavy tracks. There are definitely a few good bangers on here, so it's still worth the buy an still a good album, but maybe not as good as what u would expect. And of course, skyzoo is Ill as usual.... |
