Comment: I wanted to like this as I have liked Ortiz and Royce in the past but, like a lot of other rap these days, it is just flat out boring. I think these guys have the hearts in the right place but they are just not that skilled, lyrically or production wise.

Comment: Wow...not feeling this one at all man. I like when Royce and Joell rhyme on their own projects. But not one of these tracks moved me towards the "dope" concept. Just seems like the average "make it rain, my swagger" type noise so I wasn't really impressed at all. A lil' disappointed actually...seemed like they was trying too hard with this EP.

Comment: Eh...nothing impressive. Slaughterhouse is for fans that appreciate circus rap. Its cool but its all for the entertainment value; let me try to say some barely impressive shit to impress you. There's a time for that like once a year when the circus comes to town. There's nothing to Slaughterhouse though; no substance, no heart and no connection to the spirit of the culture. It's not a real crew, its all made up for you to begin to buy records again. If they really were concerned about fans and making a hard earned buck, they would focus on making better music that connects with peoples everyday experience. There's already an oversaturation of ra ra music. If this is your type of vibe please enjoy.

Comment: U guys r dumb asses complainin about this joint. Its obviously a business decision strictly. They were contractually obligated to one more release with E1 n I guarantee they negotiated their way out of that contract by agreeing to release an EP rather than a full-length. Remember how long it took to iron out all the wrinkles before they could complete the deal with Shady?? Nothin these dudes do isn't geared toward their fans, n u have to know they dont decide the cost of their CDs. This release is just an appetizer for whats to come n to get E1 off their backs. If it's too much $ then don't cop it, but u cant hate on the music cuz the tracks r dope regardless. 1

Comment: I can't say I'm feeling this. Nothing that stands out and gets my head moving; sounds pretty try-hard. I guess I'm on some old school shit like "make me, make me move". If not then I'm looking elsewhere for inspiration.
