The crowd was definitely diverse with people from all backgrounds. What that says is that hip hop is still alive and it touches all areas of the world. Now we are lucky if are even make up 10% at a show. NOT including the performers up on stage. People of color HAVE moved on. This is a FACT. 1 or 2 black people for every 10 whites is NOT diversity. Sorry to inform you about that. On the other hand I do not think the performers up on stage really care though. As long as somebody is still buying the tickets. But the truth is most black people have simply moved on.

Comment: I was there as well - and one thing I noticed was how diverse the crowd was. I could tell I wasn't in Boston, that's for sure. LOL! I also noticed that while the venue was absolutely gorgeous with the ocean backdrop - the fact you couldn't drink was a major suck. But easily one of the best shows I've EVER seen in all my years of supporting hip hop shows. We're lucky to have witnessed it live.
