Comment: i'm not really familiar with this site, so this may be a biased statement, but these guys seem really unprofessional in my opinion. i've seen slug live 3 times, and he's always acting like a cool dude who respects his fans. he respects them so much he puts out a full album for free. slug and ant are always willing to answer questions from fans at shows and take pictures, so whatever initiated this whole quarrel must have been pretty big shit for slug to turn down interviews. also, this interviewer was the same guy who interviewed ant last year in providence. I met ant and he was one of the nicest guys you could imagine. anyways, on&on gave probably the worst interview i've ever witnessed, asking when ant is going to retire because he looks like he doesn't enjoy or take making music seriously anymore, and knowing before hand he isn't a fan of interviews and continuously ask why he dislikes interviews. this might be a whole joke and just a way to stir up drama and attract attention to the site, but it's pretty stupid nonetheless. all these people hating on atmosphere need to grow up. slug and ant have changed the face of underground hip hop forever, and have given many artists an opportunity. anyways, i'm not trying to ride on slug's dick, i'm just a big fan of atmosphere's music, and really think these guys are portrayed unfairly. if you think slug is such a diva, why don't you just stop selling him shit. don't contradict yourselves and trash him then go promote his music.
